Critical Judiciary and both public and private development partners ,stakeholders in Nasarawa state have under scored the vision of establishing the Multi Door Court House by the State Government. ? They made the submission during an engagement on how effective a multi door court house can be used in the state. ? The multidoor court house stakeholders engagement which brought together Members of the bench and bar, public and private development partners, leaders of traders and marketers association, Heads of Media organizations, representatives of legal department of police and Civil Defense among others to give their inputs that would guarantee the smooth running of the multidoor court house. State Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General, Barrister Isaac Danladi, described the multidoor court house, as a step in a right direction that could help in addressing dispute among citizens and commended the Chief judge of the state for the vision, promising the full support of the executive arm of government. ?The State Chief Judge, Justice Aisha Usman Muhammad Bashir, said the multidoor court house, is a justice system that provided room for resolving conflict out of court, thereby reducing financial burdens, time wasting and energy between the two parties. The ?Executive Secretary Nasarawa State judicial service commission, Yahaya Yakubu Shafa Esq, explained that the multidoor court house, will start operation in the first half of this year, essentially to decongest minor cases at the conventional courts ?Chairman House Committee on Judiciary, Barrister Esson Mairiga, said that the State Assembly is doing its possible best to ensure that the bill for the establishment of Multi Door Court House, pass the last reading at floor of the house, calling for sustainability of the justice system, a submission that received support from the General Manager of NBS Mrs Patricia Akawu , Senior Advocate of Nigeria(SAN) M.I. Dikko, Barr, Afis Adigun, NBA Chairman (Lafia Branch), NBA Chairman(Keffi Branch) and Development Partners among others also pledged their full support in ensuring the realisation and actualization of this impacful initiative. ?
