Yakubu Yahaya Shafa, Esq. This is to formally inform every department and staff member that two Complaints Drop Boxes have been installed at the High Court premises, Mararaba branch - one at the entrance of the High Court 1&2, and the other at the entrance of High Court 4&3 respectively. ? ?This initiative is designed to ensure that all voices are heard — irrespective of rank, designation or department. ?All staff, lawyers, clients, administrative workers, cleaners, gatemen, security personnel, and everyone under the payroll of the State Judiciary are encouraged to use the box to anonymously submit any complaints, grievances, dissatisfactions, concerns or suggestions they may have. ? ?We want to assure you that: ? ?Your identity will remain anonymous and protected. ? ?All submissions will be treated with utmost confidentiality. ? ?The Secretary of the Commission and his team are fully committed to reviewing and addressing these internal concerns promptly and fairly. ? ?No staff member will be discriminated against or penalised for submitting a complaint. ? ?Your cooperation is essential in making our workplace better, more inclusive, and more responsive to the needs of every member of the State's Judiciary. ? ?Please feel free to exercise your right to be heard at any time. ?Together, we can build a healthier and more harmonious working environment. ? ?If you need further clarification, kindly contact the Complaints Desk between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm on week days. ? ?Phone no: 09036819916 ? ?Thank you. ? ?
